TRAINEE LUXURY BOAT BROKER:

R Marine Crawley is looking for a motivated individual to join our successful team in a Junior/Trainee role to undertake a 1 – 2 year Sales Traineeship with the view of progressing into the role of Luxury Boat Broker.

Some crossover sales experience would be an advantage but not a must. However, a driven, positive and motivated personality is a prerequisite. We operate in a fast-paced environment and expect the successful applicant to strive to grow within the role while expanding their sales comfort zone on a regular basis to advance within the role.

Integrity & honesty must be the keystones to your success, with a passion for boating & delivering outstanding customer service being your number one priority as well as possessing the following;

  • Ability to work well within a Team Environment 
  • Proven ability to work to KPI’s
  • The desire for a career, not just a 9 – 5 job
  • Reliable, motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude towards weekend rosters
  • Competent computer skills
  • Boating experience and a Boat license are a must.
