APPRENTICE MARINE MECHANIC:

RMC Service Centre are seeking an Apprentice Marine Mechanic to join our dynamic, expanding service team. Conveniently located at Runaway Bay Marina, RMC Service is the dedicated service centre for R Marine Crawley (Award winning Gold Coast Riviera and Belize dealership).

Your work will differ daily, working on various new and late-model luxury motor yachts. Tasks you will learn include, but are not limited to;

  • Major and minor services on engines, drive on diesel engines
  • Servicing and repairs on Onan and Kohler gensets
  • Basic hydraulic fit-out/repairs on steering and trim systems.

Our facility on the marina is modern and comfortable, with accessible access areas for trailer vessels and being close to the marina and travel lift. Generally, you will learn in the marina with limited offsite jobs.

This position is permanent, and the workshop hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30 am – 4 pm.
