Trip Description
The journey starts on Thursday 7th March for those who want to join, spending the day in Peel Island’s beautiful anchorage with a sunset view at Horseshoe Bay.
The RMC staff will set off to mark the channel into Kooringal, on Thursday afternoon ensuring a safe and navigable route for the following day.
Friday, the group departs early from Horseshoe Bay to Amity Point, rendezvousing with boats unable to join on the first day ensuring the entire fleet enters Kooringal together. Following this coordinated entrance, we’ll meet together on the sandbar, providing an ideal setting for a collective gathering with drinks.
The trip agenda on Sat includes an early morning tender cruise to the Oyster Shack, where all tenders pull up to the back of the Oyster Shack for an informative session and optional purchases.
After, lunch awaits at the renowned Daves Gutter Bar, offering a tasty menu. The afternoon grants freedom for exploration, boat hopping, and socializing with fellow Riviera members.
