What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please make a new booking and contact Matty to cancel your original seats. This helps make sure the shuttle is available for others and makes sure you don’t end up with double bookings.

Where is the exact pickup/drop-off location at Runaway Bay Marina?

The pickup/drop-off location is on our sales arm (A-Arm) beside the marina office at Runaway Bay Marina.

What should I bring?

If you are set to travel at the end of the day, consider bringing a light jacket or coat.
