Dan brings a strong mix of hands-on seamanship, structured delivery management, and clear client communication. His background across delivery and after-sales support, owner handovers and training, and coordination with OEMs and contractors translates directly to our warranty program and the way we look after Riviera owners.
He’s equally comfortable on the tools and in the documentation: commissioning, sea trials, quality control, and rectification through to sign-off. Add in time served as First Mate on a world-cruising superyacht—overseeing safety, shipyard periods, and refits—and you get the calm, process-driven approach we value. Earlier senior hospitality operations sharpened his eye for compliance, KPIs, and incident handling—useful when issues need swift resolution without disrupting the owner experience. He’s also supported major boat shows and stock movements, aligning with our presentation standards around handovers and events.
