Pam has worked in the marine industry for 5 years for a boating syndication company in Sydney. Pam sees herself as an allrounder and has worked in various roles, admin, accounts, and operations, however, has always preferred being out and about on the boats, organising trades, ordering parts and ensuring the boats were looking their best. Pam decided to get her boating licence as she enjoyed being out on the water but knows she needs a lot of berthing practice. 
The best times were with family and friends swimming off the back of the boat in Sydney harbour and Hamilton Island.
The move up to Gold Coast has been lingering for many years, and in 2022 after the QLD border opened, she made a b-line and is now very happy living a Goldie lifestyle in QLD.
Pam was delighted to join the RMC family and is currently supporting the Service department.
