Terms of Service for RMC Member App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RMC Member App (the “App”), provided by R Marine Crawley (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Membership

The App is intended for use by R Marine Crawley clients, yacht owners, and authorised members. By using this App, you represent that you hold a valid relationship with R Marine Crawley.

3. Use of Google Sign-In

To access the App, you must authenticate your identity using Google Sign-In.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

  • R Marine Crawley is not responsible for any unauthorised access to your App account resulting from a compromise of your Google credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Description of Service

The RMC Member App is a digital platform designed to provide R Marine Crawley members with:

  • Access to vessel-specific maintenance logs and resources.

  • Exclusive event registration and notifications.

  • Media galleries and owner-specific content.

  • Professional boating and docking assistance resources.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

  • Use the App to distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

  • Impersonate any person or entity, including R Marine Crawley staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the App—including logos, text, graphics, software, and the R Marine Crawley brand—is the property of R Marine Crawley or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use of this content without explicit written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The RMC Member App is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for 100% accuracy:

  • Boating Safety: Any resources regarding boat docking, maintenance, or navigation are for informational purposes only. The vessel’s master remains solely responsible for the safe operation of their vessel at all times.

  • R Marine Crawley shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the interests of R Marine Crawley.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
